There are at least 2 different variations of cylinder assembly used on all Honda ignition locks using the HO03 high security key. At this time the only variation available is the one in the attached picture, part no. C-19-119. 

Dimensions are 2-3/8 inches from the front of the plug to the end of the plug, 2-1/2 inches from the front of the plug to the end of the housing casting, and 4-1/2 inches from the front, of the plug to the end of the locking bar. 

There is one variation which uses the same plug and housing but a slightly different locking bar. C-19-119 may be used to service these applications if the original locking bar can be reused. There is at least one other variation with different dimension plug and housing, which cannot be serviced with this cylinder.

Full exact year and model applications are unknown at this time, you must compare the lock being replaced to this information and picture.
